Within the scope of the Business Administration Seminars organised by the Department of Business Administration, an event on "What Do Companies Expect from Future Talents?" was held with the participation of Mr. Aslan Onur NACAK, Manager of Human Resources at Ahlatçı Holding. In the event, NACAK shared his knowledge and experience with our students in the domains of Human Resources processes, career opportunities and challenges of the profession, strategic planning, organisational development, conceptualisation, and change management, with his extensive experience and expertise in both public and private sectors. The interview, which took place in a sincere atmosphere, ended with a questions and answers session regarding what our students were curious about.
